- In the scene where Mr. Pickles first shows off his Derbinator 3000, there were a number of changes in the Spanish dub. Here is the dialogue in both English and Spanish:
- English version:
- Derby: ¡Ay, dios mío!
- Pickles: Wait a second. I know who you are. Someone who works at El Taco Bandito! I was thinking of going there for a celebratory chimichanga right after I end Derby's life. Do you know how late they're open?
- Derby: I don't speak English.
- Pickles: You said that in English.
- Derby: That's all I know how to say. "I don't English," and "that's all I know how to say."
- Spanish version:
- Derby: ¡Ay, no! ¡Qué miedo!
- (Oh no! How scary!)
- Pickles: Espera un segundo. Sé quién eres tú. ¡Alguien que trabaja en El Taco Bendito! Pensaba ir para celebrar con una chimichanga después de terminar con la vida de Derby. ¿Sabes hasta qué hora está abierto?
- (Wait a second. I know who you are. Someone who works at El Taco Bendito! I was thinking of going there to celebrate with a chimichanga after I end Derby's life. Do you know what time it's open until?)
- Derby: No me sé el horario.
- (I don't know the schedule.)
- Pickles: Pero trabajas ahí.
- (But you work there.)
- Derby: Apenas entré a trabajar. No me sé el horario, apenas entré a trabajar.
- (I just started working. I don't know the schedule, I just started working.)
- Derby: ¡Ay, no! ¡Qué miedo!
- The line in the English version, "¡Ay, dios mío!," or "Oh my god" in Spanish, is replaced with "¡Ay, no! Qué miedo!," or "Oh no! How scary!"
- In the Spanish dub, "El Taco Bandito" is pronounced more like "El Taco Bendito," or "The Holy Taco."
- Finally, when Derby explains how he "doesn't speak English," in the Spanish dub, he simply talks about how he "doesn't know the schedule."
